Terms of Use

Effective 2026-10-27. This is an English version of the Korean terms, which are the governing text.

1. The service

CalcSpin (“the site”), operated by 디에이치소프트, offers free calculators and tools that anyone can use without signing up. Tools may be added, changed or discontinued; important changes are announced on the site. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Results are for reference (disclaimer)

• Calculation results are simple estimates for reference, based on the rules and dates shown on each page. They may differ from actual amounts or legal outcomes.
• The site does not provide tax, legal or financial advice and does not file anything on your behalf.
• Results can be wrong if your case is one a tool says it does not support, or if the input does not match the facts.
• Random tools (wheel, ladder, picker) are built to be fair, but promises, deals or prizes based on their results are the users’ own responsibility.
• Unless there is intent or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the results.

3. Your obligations

Do not send excessive automated requests, interfere with the site’s operation, or use it in ways that infringe others’ rights.

4. Advertising

The site may show ads to cover running costs; see Advertising. Products and services on external sites reached through ads are the responsibility of those businesses.

5. Copyright

The text, design and code of the site belong to the operator.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
