Advertising

To stay free, CalcSpin plans to show display ads (for example Google AdSense and Kakao AdFit). No ads are shown at the moment. When ads are shown, these rules apply.

Ads are kept apart from content

• Ads are labeled as ads and placed only where they are visually separate from the text and results.
• Results, rates and explanations are written independently of advertisers. We do not take money to recommend products or services.
• Links to other services run by the same operator (such as the document tool Sseuda) are plain notes, not ads, and say that they are run by the same operator.

Ads never get in the way of the tools

• No ads right next to input fields, calculate buttons or copy buttons, so they are not clicked by mistake.
• You never have to view or click an ad to see a result.
• No ads that look like download buttons, full-screen ads that cover the page, or ads that play sound automatically.

Privacy

Before ads start, the Privacy Policy will be updated with the ad providers and their use of cookies, and the change will be announced in advance.
